Introducing IFS Within a Biblical Worldview
May 1, 2026
9am-5pm EST
This full day workshop will explore the theory and tenets of Internal Family Systems (IFS) conceptualized within a biblical worldview. The training will include a discussion of the self and the IFS concept of the multiplicity of the mind. Participants will learn and practice the process of IFS therapy. We will look at the meaning of healing, both from the perspective of IFS and that within a biblical perspective.
The workshop will include some lecture, experiential exercises and breakout rooms to put into practice what you are learning about the application of IFS for a variety of mental health challenges.
Your facilitator will encourage self-exploration by participants in order to deepen their knowledge of this profoundly impactful and evidence-based model of therapy.
